Your upper stamp doesn’t automatically go back up after pressing? You have to pull it up by hand every time?

Find out where the problem is.
There are two possible causes – and accordingly, two solutions.
Step 1: Remove the punches from the machine
First, completely remove all punches from the machine – both the upper punch and the two lower punches.
Step 2: Align the swivel plate
Now turn the swivel plate so that position 1 is at the front.
Step 3: Test the lever
Now pull the lever all the way down and observe the flexible holder to see whether it stays down or not.
Either: the flexible holder gets stuck in the down position
In this case, the problem is almost always with the lift bolt – that’s the vertical component in the center with the spring around it, to which the lever mechanism is attached.
Solution:
Apply a small drop of oil to the top of the lift bolt.
Then move the lever up and down several times with firm strokes so the oil spreads well.
Now test again: Does the flex holder still get stuck in the down position?
If the flex holder still gets stuck in the down position even after oiling, you’ll need to slightly rotate the lift bolt to free it up again. In that case, the solution described here starting from Step 2 will help you.
Or: the flex holder goes back up immediately
In this case, the problem is not with the lift bolt but with the mounting pin – that’s the small metal pin that holds the flex holder in position within the bridge.
Possible causes:
The mounting pin is slightly bent.
Or the hole in the bridge (the upper metal frame) has been drilled too tightly, so the pin doesn’t have enough play.
Unfortunately, you can’t repair this yourself. Please send the machine to us for inspection and repair.
