Punching Blade for Flexi Punch
- for 25 mm, 32 mm, 38 mm, 50 mm or 59 mm buttons
- Cut paper and fabric in the right size easily
Attention: This item only works together with a Flexi ground machine, pressure plate and stamping block. This blade is supposed to be an additional blade for another button size if you already have the Flexi punch. Or to be an additional blad when yours gets blunt.

Punching blade for additional button size
If you already own our Flexi punch with a blade for one button size, then you can buy an additional blade for another button size additional here. If you want to cut paper or fabric for another button size, then you only need an additional blade. The pressure plate and the stamping block are the same for all sizes.
Centering the design
To be able to center your design perfectly, you should add an additional help line on your printing. This help line should have the same diameter as the outer diameter of your punching blade. If you put your punching blade exactly into this help line, your design will be perfectly centered and cut.
Our Flexi Punch:
With the help of our Flexi punch you can quickly and easily cut paper in the according sizes. Even fabric! The tool (consisting of three parts: pressure plate, stamping block and punching blade) must be clcked into the Flexi ground machine just as you do it with the die set for buttons. This goes quickly, easily and you do not need any tool for it. Afterwards you can cut up to 6 paper inlays and also fabric.
5 different button sizes
The blades are available for 5 different button sizes:
25 mm: punching diameter 32,6 mm (help line 42 mm)
32 mm: punching diameter 41,4 mm (help line 51 mm)
38 mm: punching diameter 51 mm (help line 61 mm)
50 mm: punching diameter 61,1 mm (help line 71 mm)
59 mm: punching diameter 69,8 mm (help line 79 mm)
