Badge maker not working?

We help you.

Do you have a problem with your Badgematic button machine and would you like to do a few simple steps yourself to quickly restart your button production? Very nice. Then you are exactly right here. We have been diligently collecting experience on this topic since 1985. And there's probably nothing we haven't seen or heard yet. Really nothing.

Therefore, there is hardly a phenomenon for which we do not have either THE solution or at least appropriate advice. On the following pages you will find pictures and descriptions of problems that occur regularly as well as suggested solutions.

If you have the confidence to carry out the steps described yourself or at least try, then feel free to do so. If your machine isn't working properly at the moment anyway, you can't make the condition worsen seriously.

If you just follow the steps we describe, then you don't have to worry about your lifetime guarantee with us.

However, please always proceed carefully and never use rough force to avoid damage.

Of course you don't HAVE to do it yourself.

If you are afraid of breaking something or don't have the technical confidence to do it,

you can contact our support at any time.
