Badge Maker does not work properly anymore - what to do?
Our customer`s service, technicans with partially decades of experience concerning badge makers, is normally available for you from Monday to Friday from 8.00h – 17.00h.
Before you start diassembling your badge maker and try to find the problem yourself and by that maybe damage your badge maker, please get in contact with us. Tell us about the problems you have with your badge maker. The best way is to write us an email and maybe also add some photos of the badge maker and the damaged buttons. This will help our techicans to find the real problem and should not be a problem nowadays because of modern communication media.
Know How - eliminating little mistakes yourself
It is not always necessary to send your badge maker to us for repair. Sometimes you can eliminate the mistake yourself very easyly. Sometimes the reasons for problems are kind of trivial, little user errors or inappropriate paper inlays, the wrong button badges or something else we can solve quickly. Our technicans can advise you concerning that on the phone.

You need a spare part for your badge maker? For example one of the gum feet or the operating handle is missing? Of course you can get all these parts at us.
