Our lifetime warranty applies only if you use genuine Badgematic button blanks.
The warranty is void if you use button blanks or "imitations".
Perfect Buttons - Only with Original Badgematic Button Blanks
We can only guarantee the smooth operation of our button machines if you use exclusively our original Badgematic button blanks. Only with these can we be certain that they are precisely matched to our button machines. If you use button blanks from other manufacturers, we cannot guarantee proper function (see also point 5 of our warranty conditions). Please also note: Button blanks are often offered with a size specification that is identical to or suggests ours (e.g., "Button size 25 mm" or "25 mm EU standard"). However, this does not necessarily mean that the offered button blanks have exactly the same dimensions as our original button blanks. Experience has shown that even very small material differences, barely perceptible to the naked eye, can prevent you from producing any buttons, or at least not perfect ones, with your button machine.
Button Machines from Other Manufacturers
If you don't own a Badgematic button machine, but one from another manufacturer, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that you will be able to use our button blanks without any problems. Even if it seems that way at first glance because you've measured and the sizes appear similar. We know that it works with some button machines, but unfortunately not with others. The only way to find out is to try it.
Simply contact us so we can send you samples of our button blanks. This way, you can be absolutely sure that they will fit.
The Variety of Badgematic Button Blanks
We have the largest selection of back designs around! If you own one of our button-making machines,
you can use it to produce any button size you find in our catalog. No machine upgrade is required. The same applies to all other button sizes.
